The weather is getting colder but it's important that we keep the little ones active rather than sat in front of a screen. My three love to be running around and jumping all over the place and with the dark evenings, we are bringing the fun indoors. We have been trying out their Moonshoes and we think they are great! They are the perfect indoor and outdoor toy. They are like mini trampolines for your feet. They can be a little tricky at first but once you get your balance they are soooo much fun! They are held together with super strong rubber bands and you can adjust the bands by using more or less depending on weight! They take only a few minutes to put together quick and easily and no tools or batteries are required!
They are not only fun but are great for helping develop vital skills like balance and coordination. Emily loves these and they are great for her hypermobility and practicing keeping her core strong! Whether staying in or getting out learning new skills helps to improve social skills, self-esteem, and confidence.
