Hello my lovely's,
Today I am doing a quick post on the things I am afraid of, my biggest fears! I am hoping that writing them down might help in some way.
So no time like the present, let's begin.
1# other people being sick! I am terrified of people throwing up! It makes me so anxious that I end up have panic attacks. It makes nights out hard as I hate having to travel home with anyone and there isn't many place close by to go out other than the local pub
2# the dark. I know I know this is childish but I always think there is something or someone out to get me which leads on to....
3# going out on my own. I am ok going in the car but if I know I have to get out the car and go into shops, the doctors or anywhere other than families house I get really nervous. I find it hard to leave the house I will keep going back to check I have everything, then, if I have locked the doors and windows until I know I am going to be late then I think I can't go now I don't want to turn up late so cancel. If I have to walk anywhere I always think people are looking at me. They are judging me and are going to mug me or stab/shoot me. I know it's stupid but I really panic about this. I have got a little better recently and have been walking to the post office (less than 2 min walk) at least twice a week for ebay business
4# spiders they are scary little buggers
5# I worry about my family traveling I always think something will happen and it's always very detailed, I have quite a vivid imagination. I feel like if I say it out loud it will happen so I have never told any of them what I think.
6# that I will never get pregnant this is a sore subject but something that's always on my mind

February Wish List
Hello my lovely's, I thought I would do a quick wish list :) I have included a few links but I haven't got links for everything I'm afraid, some have been saved on my phone for quite a while! They really are things have I wanted for a while :)
This is beautiful and would look perfect next to my Cinderella castle buy from here |
I LOVE floor mirrors I think they look so elegant not sure where this is from |
Saving Mr Banks I haven't seen this so I have already pre ordered from amazon :) |
A girl friend for my rabbit Steve! how cute is this baby bunny! |
A Fuji instant cameras! I think these are so cool and cute! |
A MAC warm neutral shadow palette I have a lot of mac shadows but not many warm neutrals |
Birkin Bag’ limited edition bag called the ‘candy Series’in Tyrien Rose colour it is beautiful |
The Guerlain Meterorites Perles These look amazing and such cute tins! |
Ladies I have added some shoe porn! I am going to let you in on a little secret I have a big problem with shoes. I love way too many! So here are just a few of the ones I am obsessing over at the moment.
We will start with the moderately priced shoe's from ASOS
Now some beauties from Jimmy Choo
And some lovely Kurt Geigers
Now for the amazing Sophie Webster. I love how different these shoes are!
Going to have to stop looking at high heals! my feet hurt so bad after only minuets in heels but I love to look at them. I always take spare shoes with me to change into on nights out. I start out in very high heels, after a little while I go to a smaller heel (still 4 inch min) then into my flats! If I am out to dance or going without my car its flats all the way :) least it keeps my beautiful shoes looking good :)
What are your fav shoes?
Do you have a shoe obsession?

Tanya Burr's Nail Varnish In Little Duck
Hello my lovely's
This colour is beautiful. It is the most gorgeous mint green colour verging on greeny blue. The nail varnish lasts on the nails sooo well, had it on for 5 days before it even chipped! For me this is amazing as my hands are always in and out of water and I am so clumsy that I bang my hands/nails numerous times a day. The first chip was only because I trapped my hand in the door and broke a nail :( at first I found it a little runny when applying but with the help of a orange wood stick and cotton bud it wasn't a problem. It gives a great colour even from just one coat. It dries nice and quick and is really shiny. Love it! Cute name too!
Have you tried this colour? Or any of the other colours in the Tanya Burr collection?
Get yours now here.

Going Old School Today
Hello my lovely's,
When I was younger there were always surveys going around emails and I used to love doing them! So I am going old school today and I had a dig through my old emails and here is a updated survey from 01/03/2005!
I AM:: watching tv, reading posts on bloglovin and writing this post :)
I WANT:: to lose weight
I HAVE:: to get my bum into gear and clean the house today
I WISH:: we had warmer weather
I HATE:: racism, ignorant people
I MISS:: my wedding day and Florida
I FEAR:: darkness, loneliness, and going anywhere on my own :(
I HEAR:: Ross on friends shouting pivot PIVOT!
I SEARCH:: the meaning of life
I WONDER:: will I get pregnant on clomid
I REGRET:: cutting myself when I was younger
I LOVE:: my husband
I ACHE:: all over
I ALWAYS:: crave chocolate
I AM NOT:: as thin as I would like to be
I DANCE:: badly especially around my house
I SING:: as loud as possible when driving fast
I WRITE:: slowly
I WIN:: nothing :(
I LOSE:: everything I put down!
I CONFUSE:: most people
I NEED:: to sell my house soon!
I SHOULD:: really eat healthier
So that's a random blast from the past. If you fancy doing the survey copy and paste it and fill in the answers. Make sure to let me know if you do, do it :)xXx

The Cutest iPad Cases And Clutch Bags!
Hi my lovely's, I found a really cute and quirky site this week.
On Wednesday I got a follower on twitter and as usual I click to see who it is, it was @chicklitdesigns, no idea who this was so clicked the link to their website and omg I am so glad I did! It's a lady called Michelle who lives in Arizona and make bags, iPad and tablet cases OUT OF BOOKS! How amazing is that! They are all hand made and look amazing!
I personally love Disney so first thing I did was look what she had in Disney book wise and found a little mermaid kindle case!!! The little mermaid is one of my favourite films ever. Now I need to buy a kindle so I can buy this case!
I have an iPad so thinking maybe get the lion king one as that too was a firm favourite growing up!
The detail on these is beautiful! All lined with pretty materials, it's obvious these are made with love.
The clutch bags are so cute! I don't really read books but I love these! The design of the Alice in wonderland book is so cute :)
I can see myself buying a few of these clutch bags and iPad cases for myself and presents for friends and family! Why not check out the website, if you do, let me know what your favourite one is :)

The Secret To Getting Rid Of Cellulite!
Hello my lovely's I'm going to let you in on a secret well it isn't much of a secret but a blooming good tip!
Body brushing
(Body brushing is some times called dry brushing)
It has sooo many benefits and is so easy to do there is really no excuse!
First of all, it feels really nice, kind of like your giving yourself a massage.
Secondly, it gets your blood circulating and helps remove toxins as it gets them to your lymph glands.
Thirdly, it’s a really good exfoliator you will be amazed as you can literally see all the dead skin cells fall off! ( I know this is horrible but bear with me) this means fake tan will go on evenly and when it's fading it will be a more even fade so no more patchy tans (Woohoo) It will even prolong a fake tan and real/natural tan as it will be going on fresh skin not old flaky skin cells!
Fourthly, you can loose 1-2lbs as it helps remove water weight!
And finally, lastly ;), if you do it every day, your skin will always be glowing AND it WILL improve the appearance of cellulite! Hooray!
I use the soap and glory body brush I can't find it online but they still sell them in my local boots stores:
Other ones I would recommend are:
Body shop round body brush £8 (the handle on this makes it super easy to use)
Sanctuary Dual Performance Body Brush £12
STEPS:
Grab hold of your brush
1, Start on your left ankle using long sweeping movements. Do the front, back and the sides, up to the knee, then from knee to thigh
2, Next swirl it in all directions first over lower leg then on your thigh
**Remember to apply pressure, but not too much! we don't want you scratching yourself**

You’ll soon start to see the skin flaking off. Don’t forget to concentrate on the back and sides of the thigh where cellulite tends to be more noticeable!
3, You should spend around 60seconds on first leg then repeat on the other.
4, It's time to be a bit rougher but not to much! Swirl around all over your hips and bum. Aim for 30-45 seconds
5, Keep working your way up using clock wise circles around your stomach up to chest and back (basically your entire body)
6, Now for the arms; use long sweeping movements from wrist to shoulder then swirl it all over the upper arms. Really focus on those dry elbows and the backs of your arms. 45 seconds per arm is plenty of time
**be careful to avoid areas with eczema, if it's not inflamed you can go over it very gently**
7, It's time to jump in the shower or bath or jump to number 8 if in a hurry
8, Finish by applying your favourite body butter all over.
The more often you do this, the quicker you can do it as you have the technique down.
It’s great to get in the habit of doing this before you shower. When you get out you can use any moisturiser you like but if you really want to go the extra mile use a firming one and really massage it in! I like to use Soap & Glory™ The Firminator™ Special Bikini Body Firming Formula on my thighs, hips, bum and arms and Garnier - Ultra-Softening Lotion Nourishing Shea Butter on the rest of me. I'm not going to lie and say I do this every day but I try to do it at least every other day before I shower. I find the more I do it, the less noticeable my cellulite dimples are.
Why not try doing it once daily for a month and come back and let me know in the comments how you found it and if it has helped. What's your best tip for cellulite?

Comfort Zone Moisturiser Is A Must Buy!
Hello my lovely's,
I'm afraid its a sad day I have finished my favourite ever moisturiser! It's 'Comfort Zone Hydra Memory Extra Cream 24hr'. I only use it in the evenings and now I don't know what I'm going to do with myself. I need more of this in my life!
Comfort zones hydra memory range is for dehydrated skin.
Alot of people think if they are oily they can't be dehydrated or if they are dry they are dehydrated.But dehydrated skin is a lack of moisture(water) where as dry is often a lack of oil, it can be a lack of water too but not all dry skin types are dehydrated.
You can tell if your skin is dehydrated - if you squeeze your skin and you have fine lines it can be dehydration lines.
People with oily skin are often worried about using moisturiser, let alone an extra moisturising moisturiser, but this is amazing! I only use it at night and a little goes along long way! It works kind of like a face mask! It really hydrates and plumps up the skin.
A lot of people who think they have the start of wrinkles or fine lines will find that the lines go when they use this cream as the lines were from dehydration, not age or damage :)
I have the old packaging as I have had mine since 2010. (Yes I haven't used it consistently but it really does last a long time as you need such a small amount) I got it from a salon I was working in and at the time it was £45. I didn't have to pay for mine as it was an incentive to keep reaching my comfort zone selling goals in salon but I will definitely be buying it my self this time round.
I love the old packaging but not much of a fan of the new look.
I think the new style is around £40 depending where you buy it.

On first inspection the packaging looks clean, simple and very chic. Once open the smell of the cream is amazing! It's a clean fragrance but is very reminiscent of a beauty salon/spa. It feels really rich and thick on the skin but once smoothed in it melts like butter and absorbs so quickly leaving skin feeling baby soft and instantly plumped!
You can use it as a day and night cream if needed. It's going to moisturise and nourish the skin. It is designed for older more mature skin but at 25 with oily skin and no wrinkles in sight, I'd recommend it too everyone! I love it!
The ingredients in this are incredible!!! Trehalose is a hydro-active sugar. It is taken from desert plants that are able to create a protective barrier around cells limiting their loss of water(this is why it's a 24 hour moisture). Now this is another super special ingredients Baobab extract it is obtained from the leaves of the African plant known as the "Plant of Life" it can live up to 5,000 years!!! How amazing is that?!
If you ever get the chance to have a facial with comfort zone products go for it as the range is one of the best I've used! Everything smells beautiful and does exactly what it says it will! I really miss using these products on clients.
Have you ever tried anything from comfort zone?

Little Princess Trust
Hello my lovely's, hope everyone's keeping well.
In 2012 I decided I wanted to do something for charity, after having to do some research on wigs for my hairdressing course I found out about little princess trust.
The little princess trust - so who are they?
They provide real-hair wigs, free of charge, to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland that have lost their own hair through cancer treatment. The wigs they provide are free to children. However, the cost of one wig to the charity is on average £350. I thought about what I could do so decided to cut my hair and raise money in the process! You can find out more about the charity here.I can't believe it was a year ago today I received a certificate from Little Princess Trust. I had raised £1040 when they sent the certificate but I ended up raising another £480 :) I also wanted to donate my hair so on the 1st December 2012 I cut over a foot of my hair (nearly 13 inches off) and sent that too!
It was such an amazing feeling to know my hair was going to make a little girl a wig and make her happy :) Also with the amount of money I raised it will cover the cost of 4 and a bit wigs! That means I have helped 6 children get wigs :)
I love doing things for others so I am trying to think of something to do this year for charity. At the moment I am thinking I will raise money for another children's charity, but not sure which charity or what to do! Any ideas welcome :)

Super Easy Rice Krispy Treats
I have a super quick, super easy and super yummy recipe!
(Yes I am 25 and yes I do still use the word yummy on a daily basis)
Rice Krispy treats!
All you need is
A mug or bowl
Tablespoon
Microwave
Optional
Plate
Baking paper Cling film
1cup of Rice Krispies
5 marsh mallows
1 tablespoon of butter
Optional
1/4 tablespoon of Golden syrup
Chocolate chips, sprinkles, dried fruit or your fav topping
Put the butter, marshmallows and if using golden syrup in the mug.
Microwave for 10 seconds check to see if the butter is soft or melted and the marshmallows are puffed up and starting to melt, if they aren't quite done give them an extra 5 seconds until right. In my microwave it usually takes 15 seconds.
Stir the mixture
Add 1/4 cup of rice Krispies at a time stirring well making sure to scrape the bottom and sides of the mug.
If you want to eat it warm add any extras now and enjoy!
If you want cool Krispy treats you can just wait for it to cool in the mug.
I always put baking paper (cling film if I haven't got it) over a plate as this helps to stop it sticking
