Fabb Liverpool

Hello my lovely's,
I am finally doing a write up about my first bloggers event fabbliverpool (which now feels like a life time ago). I took my sisters camera with me and got some great pictures but since I gave it back to her she has broke the memory card I saved the pictures on so this is going to be a very heavy word post with a major lack of pictures! If I can get them off the memory card I will add them in the future! I have reshot some things using my phone so sorry for the poor quality!

This is going to be broken down into 3 posts or you'll be here all day reading. Once the they are up I will link them here :)
First post is getting ready
Second at FabbLiverpool
Third goodie bag and review

So on Saturday 15th March I went to my first bloggers event 'FABBLiverpool'. I must say, now I have been to one I need to go to another ASAP! The girls Tor  Ray from thatspeachy and whoisshe did an amazing job at organising the event. I had such an amazing time! A lot of that is to do with the company I had! I met 3 amazing lady's! Laura, Anna and Leanne, they made me feel at ease and were so fun to be around. I have such a fear of going new places and I am terrified of going places on my own! So this was such a big deal for me to go somewhere new on my own!

My day started quite early 8am (considering I have insomnia and only went to bed at 6:15, 8am is early to me! It's like going bed at 11 and getting up at 1am for a full day!)
I had washed my hair the night before so all I had to do was wash, apply my make up and get dressed!

I used my usual no7 beautiful skin face wash and toner then used Soap and Glory face mask (to help dry out my oily skin to keep my make up in place all day), and eye cream followed by no7 beautiful skin day cream.

No7 beautifully balanced skin care soap and glory

I left my moisturiser to sink in for 10 mins while I blow dried my fringe and put in a few rollers.
Soon as my rollers were in I put my Illamasqua hydra veil primer on. This stuff is incredible it makes your skin feel so smooth and foundation just slides over it perfectly! But it's best to leave it 10 mins before applying foundation.
The rest of the products I used are:-
Face
Mac studio fix fluid NW20
Mac Prep + Prime light boost
Mac Pro set powder invisible
Mac shaping powder emphasize
Nars bronzer Laguna
Mac blush stay pretty
Eyes
Mac paint pot in painterly

Make up Fabb Liverpool

Wow when you put it like that that is a lot of make up!

Once my make up was sorted I took my rollers out gave it a lil backcomb and used got to be powderful. Once my hair was how I wanted I used got to be glued which literally freezes your hair how you want it :)

Got2be glued and powderful rollers

I wore this pretty little number from new look with tights, paired with a short denim jacket to make it more casual and go with my high tops! I used my river island pink and beige handbag. And topped it all off with gold dangly earrings (look out for a little fiasco story about my earings in the next segment) and gold bracelet.
Newlook Blue dress pretty collar
It's not showing up true colour it's a greeny blue colour
I love the detail on the collar

Once I was ready I checked my bag for all my essentials and I was ready to go!
But my hubby wasn't!

I waited around for him worrying about the time, I had planned to meet Laura at 12 and it was cutting it close already. He was finally ready so we hopped in the car and started on our journey. Not long after we got on the A55 the fuel light came on so we had to stop, delaying me even further! By the time we had got towards the boarder of Wales and England the traffic started to slow down. I really did feel like everything was against me. We got off the A55 asap and it was clear roads....... for a full 5 mins then again queue's! I text Laura to let her know what was going on and that I was going to be quite late as I sent it as if by magic the sun started shining and the roads cleared. It was smooth sailing all the way to the tunnels even then it wasn't to bad. We managed to park pretty quickly.
Now all I had to do was find the little caffee we were meeting at.

If your still here thanks for sticking with it, next post about FabbLiverpool will be up ASAP and hopefully I have loads of pictures to show you :)
until next time have a nice day xXx
